The Coaching Conversation Model®:
a simple 5-step model

This workshop was created from The Coaching Clinic® concept and is aimed at executives, managers and professionals who wish to develop their communication and leadership skills and be introduced to the world of coaching. You will learn how to create a structured, efficient and powerful coaching conversation that will help people move towards their goals more efficiently and rapidly.

The content of this workshop is highly interactive and will enable you to play the role of coach and client in order to understand the impact and benefits of a high-quality structured coaching conversation. It is intended to let you practice the model through real situations in order to increase your confidence in using this model and to consider it as a very efficient problem-solving tool.

This workshop is an excellent tool to enforce and follow-up on participants who have taken The Coaching Clinic® because it goes over the model presented during the 2 days and offers new opportunities to use their coaching skills, based on current situations.

Can be offered in a half-day of full-day format and can be linked to the Personal Coaching Styles Inventory® workshop.
