CHANTAL'S BIO

« When you make easy choices, life becomes difficult; when you make difficult choices, life becomes easy... »
- Robert T. Kiyosaki

Chantal Binet is passionate about life and known as a woman who is dedicated to the well-being and success of others! She is a certified coach and started her own Management Coaching business in February of 2002. Chantal is highly appreciated and recognized by her peers and by the Outaouais business network, and has rapidly built a numerous and faithful clientele. She has coached hundreds of executives and managers who were seeking a better quality of life in the work place and wanted to build a solid foundation that would enable them to be at their very best in their personal life as well as in their role as leaders. Her coaching expertise helps them stand out as leaders and managers and perform like never before.

She has undergone several training sessions throughout Canada, the USA and Europe with world-renown coaches and leaders. Her vast experience has enabled her to become a strong agent for change for her clients. Her commitment, passion and sense of challenge and accomplishment have led her to constantly invest in her own development as an individual and as a coach.

Since March 2008 she has rediscovered her passion for teaching thanks to The Coaching Clinic®, a workshop created specifically for corporate executives, managers and professionals who wish to learn and develop the coaching approach as a leadership and HR management tool within their organization.

Before becoming a coach, Chantal held different positions in public, community and private organizations. She was a social worker, Human Resources counsellor, a trainer and a manager.

Chantal was the first recipient of the Independent Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the Gala d’excellence 2005 du Réseau des femmes d’affaires et professionnelles de l’Outaouais (RÉFAP).

Testimonial from Sandy Vilas, CEO, Coach U & Corporate Coach U Inc.

« I get asked to write letters of recommendation by students and graduates of Coach U, Inc. all the time and the only time that I agree to do so is if I know that person and the quality of their work. When Chantal Binet asked me to write a letter for her, I readily and enthusiastically agreed because she represents all the best qualities of our profession. She is a graduate of Coach U, Inc. which unto itself is a laudable achievement, but she also continues to educate herself and is deeply committed to mastering her craft. In a relatively short period of time she has built a successful business with an excellent mix of clients. Only the best 20% of coaches are able to build viable businesses and this puts her in very elite company.

In order to be credible in our profession, a coach must have their life in great shape and Chantal has done an amazing job in this area. She has uncompromising integrity and business ethics, remarkable communication skills, is wise and experienced beyond her years, has high standards, is loved and admired by her friends, family and clients, has a wonderful sense of humour, and is extraordinarily passionate about supporting others in changing the course of their lives so that they can have the life that they always dreamed of. She is a model and terrific example for all of to emulate and it gives me a great deal of pride to count her as a member of our community. »
