In a work and life reality where everything goes fast and we have difficulty finding the time to stop and think in order to be able to move forward, I had an innovative idea : a series of video capsules on subjects that frequently come up during coaching sessions with my clients.

They are often relieved to see that they are not alone facing the challenges and risks that go along with their positions as executives, managers, leaders. This made me want to share some Management Coaching tips with you via my website in order to help support you in your management of daily life.

These 1 to 2 minutes video capsules are designed to inspire you, make you think, give you ideas and help you move forward. Like any good coach, I will challenge you and urge you to leave your comfort zone. It will be just like having a virtual coach!
