It is important for me to be coached by a Master Coach, to be certified by the ICF and to invest in my professional and personal training in order to be an inspiration for my clients and my community. I want to give you the best my profession has to offer.

As a Manager-Coach, my mission is to accompany leaders, managers and professionals in achieving their goals and help them develop high performance management skills and an authentic leadership style that is both inspiring and mobilizing. Organizations will be able to develop dedicated, inspired, loyal and winning teams by creating a balance between managing with the head and the heart and leading with action and compassion.
